Something A Little Fun

Something a little fun for a mid June day with beautiful weather. I have started a new blog. This one, however, is not law related at all. This is my root beer blog.  Give it a read and feel free to join the conversation about the soda that gets the least respect.

Oh, and if you are in the mood for legal writing, remember to check out my debt blog.

New Blog - Boston Auto Accident

Christopher Earley has a new blog that you should read. It is geared towards Massachussetts law, but he has some very valuable information. I suggest everyone take a read and bookmark it.

Off Topic: An interesting blog collection

For those of you who are in Sacramento, interested in Sacramento or just want to learn more about the capital of this state, I would urge you to look at IpsoSacto. It is a great collection of blogs by Sacramento bloggeres. (And, it lists my blogs!)

Enjoy!

My New Blog

I want to thank all of you who read this blog. It will continue, don't worry about that. But, I am pleased to introduce my new blog, the California Debt Blog. This blog is geared towards those people who are having credit issues, being contacted by collection agencies, being sued on credit cards, etc....

Of course, please share your thoughts and comments either on the blog or by emailing me.

Myths and Reality: A new category

I am tired of it. I am tired of the lies, tired of the mis-information, tired of the attempts of people to sell you a bunch of whooey. (Yes, that is the technical term.)

So, now, I am going to start fighting back. How? Easy. Through my blog. I am going to start telling you about these myths and then I will tell you the reality. The myths are everywhere: advertisements, blogs, websites. You name it, insurance and personal injury myths are everywhere. And I am going to create a new category on the blog just for these myths.

Of course, since this is reader based, I want your input too. If you see something that seems too good to be true or if you hear something and you want the real information, tell me about it. I will do the research and post it here. I will tell you if it is a myth or reality.

New Blog Worth Reading

My good friend and Texas lawyer extraordinaire Bob Kraft has released a new personal injury and social security blog.

This should be added to your list of blogs to read. Bob is very knowledgeable and has been doing this a long, long time. He is a good guy and one of the smartest attorneys I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Give it a read.

New Blog

I just thought I would pass on this new blog that I came across. It is from Ron Miller, a Maryland personal injury attorney. His website is great with a ton of information and his blog looks good as well. Take a look at it and let me know what you think.

A new blog

I am adding a new blog to my list of must reads. David Brannen, an attorney in Canada, has a great personal injury blog. You can find it here. I cannot find any other personal injury blogs coming from Canada. This is a great resources, especially for those of you who read this from Canada (and yes, our audience is international). Check it out and let David know what you think of his blog.

Insurance and Claims FAQ

This is going to be the first in a series of shorter posts based on questions I am asked on a weekly basis. I am hoping these answers will give you one-stop shopping, so to speak. I am creating a new category where these will be saved called "Insurance and Claims FAQ." Of course, if you have a question that I have not answered, please email me. Let me know your thoughts on this new category.

301 and counting - Thanks!

This is post 301. Nothing substantive about it. I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you who read this daily, weekly, or once in a while. Your ideas, comments, expressions, all help make it what it is. It also keeps me going and posting. Thanks for your help!
