Hi,
I am a renter my apt. roof collasped servpro (restoration company) was brought in by landlord packed and stored belongings (in their personal name) had access 2x out of 48 days was pushed when demanding property inventory and they tried to get me to sign a handwritten contract(made police report) have been living in hotel since Feb. 9, 07. There was asbestos (servpro determined and hired company) so the place was gutted. I beleive there is some type of fraud going on, who do I contact concerning my claims and since the landlord hired them is he the only person to input information? It is a different insurance agent since the claim is going back to work done on the roof. It is very complicated. Any adjusters or lawyers out there feel free to call me 916-549-1098. Thanks in advance. PS: If you ever have damage I would recommend NOT hiring Servpro they SUCK!!!

My question is that one of the trucker cause damage in the wall, it wills cost $576.00 to fix, the total amount would be $900.00 they only paid partial of the amount, the other trucker would paid the other half. But this company don't want to pay the $576.00, they said their deductible would not cover that high. What should I need to do?
