Insurers Owe On Total Losses

A class-action case was recently settled. The premise of the case was that insurance companies used CCC, a total loss evaluation program, and that CCC undervalued cars.

This is not news to those of us who have been doing this for a while. Every time I see a total loss report from CCC or other companies like it, I look for problems. It is actually one of the points in my free report about evaluating your own total loss.

If you had a total loss and think you may qualify under the terms of the settlement, you should try to make a claim ASAP.
